Dr Fotios has a strong foundation in private dental practice as both a general and specialist practitioner and is experienced in the full range of specialist and general dental care
Dr Fotios Angelis graduated with honours as a dentist from Melbourne University in 2005 and worked in high end private practices in Melbourne for 6 years before deciding to pursue specialist training. Dr Angelis received his Doctorate of Clinical Dentistry in Prosthodontics in 2014 after 3 years of additional training also at Melbourne University and is a qualified and registered specialist in this field also whilst continuing to provide general dental services to his patients in a consistently gentle caring manner.
Dr Angelis has a strong foundation in private dental practice as both a general and specialist practitioner in Melbourne and Hobart and is experienced in the full range of specialist and general dental care including:
- The management of gum disease, cleans, fillings, removal of teeth and root canal treatment
- Crowns
- Bridges
- Veneers (porcelain and the more cost effective resin)
- The planning and restoration of dental implants including implant bridges
- Restoration of challenging aesthetic cases
- Management of worn down teeth
- Bite problems and associated tooth wear
- Full mouth reconstructions
- Full mouth implant bridges
- Implant supported dentures (partial and complete)
- Dentures (partial and complete)
- Restoration of compromised and root canal treated teeth

Outside of work Dr Angelis enjoys travelling, bird watching, bush walking and the great outdoors as well as star gazing as much as possible with his wife Daniela.
